Zuzanna Mielczarek has won the prestigious Polish Gwarancje Kultury 2026 award
Zuzanna Mielczarek, a lecturer at the Faculty of
Architecture, Brno University of Technology, has won the prestigious Polish
Gwarancje Kultury 2026 award, presented by the cultural channel of the public
broadcaster TVP Kultura. She received the award in the Forma i Przestrzeń (Form
and Space).

The jury commended her long-standing curatorial and research
work in the field of architecture and architectural exhibitions. As stated at
the awards ceremony, she received the prize “for demonstrating how deeply
architecture is connected to our everyday lives and how it influences them, and
for creating new ways of exploring and interpreting space”.
In the Form and Space category, the architectural studios
TŁO and Projekt Praga were also nominated alongside Zuzanna Mielczarek this
year.
