The 26th Bohuslav Fuchs Award is here!
We invite you to the 26th edition of The Bohuslav Fuchs Award – a student competition, which takes place twice a year and is judged by an independent jury composed of three recognized personalities from the architecture community or related fields, not affiliated with the Faculty of Architecture of the Brno University of Technology (FA VUT), and three students who have previously received the award.
On Monday, January 8th, we will meet at 9:00 am at the Faculty of Architecture in Brno, located at Poříčí 273/5. During the first round, we will review the students' works (10:00 am to 12:00 pm). In the afternoon, the second round of evaluation of student projects will take place (2:00 pm to 5:00 pm), followed by a final debate and the decision regarding the winning and awarded projects and studios.
The ceremonial announcement and presentation of the awards will take place at 6:00 pm. After the announcement, we also invite you to an informal gathering of students and teachers, which will be a closure of the XXVI. edition of the Bohuslav Fuchs Award.
The competition is organized by the student association SOFA.
