Students from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Technology in Brno present their visions of new forms of living in the Josef Fousko Pavilion in Louna. The projects represent contemporary solutions for living in a small town. They are looking for the optimum between comfort, building density, sustainability, privacy and sharing.
In this way, structures were created that use the territory efficiently. At the same time, they ensure the privacy of the residents and provide shared spaces in the form of a meadow, playground, or greenhouses. The projects show what housing could look like not only for families with children, which offers coveted private gardens, but also solves the problems associated with typical satellite construction.
