An independent jury selected the best works

In the second half of May 2023, two independent juries evaluated bachelor's and master's theses at the Faculty of Architecture, BUT. For the first time ever, in addition to individual student projects, entire studios were awarded. The ceremonial announcement of the results of the competition for the best bachelor's and master´s theses took place on Thursday, June 8, 2023, in the courtyard of the faculty as part of the conclusion of the FINALS festival! In addition to certificates and non-material prizes, the award-winning students and studios received a financial award in the form of an extra scholarship.

The jury panel of bachelor's theses consisted of Ing. arch. Regina Loukotová, Ph.D., MgA. Markéta Zdebská and Ing. architect Lukáš Kohl. The winning master´s theses were decided by Ing. Arch. Jitka Ressová, Ph.D., Ing. Arch. Petr Jurkovič and Ing. Arch. Igor Kovačević, Ph.D.
